XJK flotation machine is usually divided into two tanks in a group, divided into suction tank (with slurry inlet pipe) and direct flow tank (artesian), the slurry is stirred and aerated by the impeller to form a foam layer to achieve mineral separation.
Core workflows Slurry suction: The impeller rotates to generate negative pressure, and the slurry is sucked into the tank through the slurry inlet pipe.
Stirring and aerating: The impeller rotates at high speed to mix the air with the slurry to form bubbles.
Mineral Adhesion: The target mineral particles bind to the bubbles and float up to the foam layer.
Foam scraping: The foam is collected by the scraper and the tailings are discharged from the bottom of the tank.
Slurry circulation: Part of the slurry is returned through the circulation hole to improve the flotation efficiency.
Main structure and characteristics：
1、The cover plate is equipped with 18-20 guide blades (also known as stators). These blades are arranged obliquely at an angle of 60° to the radius, and they have a guiding effect on the slurry flow thrown out by the impeller. There are 18-20 circulation holes opened between the two guide blades on the cover plate for the circulation of the slurry, thereby increasing the amount of inflation.
2、The gap between the impeller and the guide blade of the cover plate is generally 5-8mm, which is too large to adversely affect the suction volume and power consumption. Inflatable stirring parts such as impeller, cover plate, spindle, intake pipe and air pipe are usually assembled into one integral part. The impeller and cover plate can be assembled concentric to ensure that the gap between the impeller and the guide blade of the cover plate meets the requirements and is easy to repair and replace.
3、In the lower part of the air cylinder, there is a circulation hole that regulates the circulation of the slurry, and a gate is used to control the circulation.
