The technological innovation of the SLVTM micro powder ultra-fine grinder
lies in the following: The motor drives the grinding disc through a reducer, while
the belt also drives the gears to rotate the hydraulic grinding rollers. Material is
fed into the center of the grinding disc from the inlet, and hot air enters the
grinder through the air inlet. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc. As it passes through the annular grooves on the grinding disc, it is crushed by rolling and shearing.

The crushed material is lifted by a high-speed airflow at the edge of the grinding disc and the air ring, with larger particles falling back onto the grinding disc for re-grinding.

When the material in the airflow passes through the classifier, the coarse powder falls back onto the grinding disc for re-grinding, while the qualified fine powder is carried out of the grinder with the airflow and collected in the powder
collection device, forming the final product. The moisture content in the materialis reduced during contact with the hot gas, achieving the desired moisture level.

During the airflow circulation, a small amount of excess gas and lighter impurities in the finished product are collected and treated by the dust collector in the systems branch circuit, thus forming a highly scientific and advanced process.
