Operating Principle
The 5X series sand making machines are fully center-fed. The materials fall into the feeding hopper, enter the high-speed rotating rotor through the center feeding hole, are fully accelerated and then thrown out through the ejection port. First, they impact with a part of the materials that fall freely after rebounding, and then together they impact on the spiral lining (or impact block) in the surrounding eddy current cavity. They are first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity and then deflected downward to impact with the materials ejected from the impeller runner to form a continuous material curtain, and finally are discharged through the lower discharge port.
The 5X sand making machine has center feeding accompanied by annular waterfall feeding: The materials fall into the feeding hopper, then fall through the annular hole and are divided into two streams by the scattering plate. One stream enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the material distribution plate, and the other stream falls from the periphery of the material distribution plate. The materials entering the impeller are quickly accelerated and then thrown out at high speed inside the impeller. First, they impact and crush with another part of the materials that fall freely around the scattering plate, and then together they impact on the spiral lining (or impact block) in the surrounding eddy current cavity. They are first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity and then deflected downward to impact with the materials ejected from the impeller runner to form a continuous material curtain, and finally are discharged through the lower discharge port.

The oil cooling and heating devices keep the bearing lubrication in the best state, thus completely solving problems such as bearing heating, keeping the main shaft bearing at a constant temperature, and extending the maintenance cycle and service life.
