Introduction

Widely used in the Quarrying and Mining industries,the YK Series Vibrating Screens are new high effciency models which are avalable in 1,2,3,or 4deck configurations, these machines have a heavy duty 2 bearing vibrating shaft mechan ism operating with a small amplitude and high frequency. there are 22 models in the series of various sizes and deck numbers.

Operating Principle

Working Principle & Structure of Mining Vibrating ScreensI. Working Principle:
Mining vibrating screens separate materials through high-frequency vibratory motion. An electri cmotor drives an eccentric shaft assembly (with adjustable counterweights), generating powerful centrifugal force, This force transmits high-frequency, small-amplitude vibrations to the screendeck(s). As raw material feeds onto the inclined deck:
- Stratification: Smaller particles sink while larger ones rise
- Conveyance: Material travels along the deck due to vibration angle
- Separation: Sub-size particles fall through deck apertures
- Discharge: Sized fractions exit via designated chutes Vibration characteristics (amplitude/frequency) are precisely tuned for specific material properties (size, moisture, density) to optimize screening efficiency and throughput.
